440 Lewers St Unit 603 sold for a record breaking price of $605,000, setting a new record price for the Kailani Building located on Lewers St.
Previously, the highest priced unit sold for $587,000 in 2022.
Following that sale, the Kailani observed a decline in sales prices in 2023, with the lowest 2-bedroom unit selling for $450,000 and the most recent 2-bedroom unit selling for $515,000. Christopher Causey represented the sellers for unit 603 and was able to set an all time high sales price for the Kailani building, which will allow future sellers to take advantage of the higher market value for their 2 bedroom unit in the Kailani.
